At Great White CrossFit, our courses are challenging to athletes of all ages and fitness levels. From newcomers to professionals, we can change your body for the better. All our workouts are unique and scalable, which means we’ll meet you where you are. You may not run today but with our help, you’ll leap tomorrow!


Every new CrossFitter begins with our Onboarding course. Over 3 sessions, you’ll train beside other newcomers just like you and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. At the end of each class, you’ll spend 15 minutes doing a “CrossFit style” workout that will ease you into the intensity of more traditional training.

CrossFit Group Training

Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! Plus, we scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum effect every time.

Personal Training

Nothing gets you to your goals faster than personal training. Our experienced coaches will dive into your specific needs and work 1-on-1 with you to create optimal workouts to drive your success. Personal Training is available upon member request.
