Have you ever played a game of poker? Do you know what the first step of each hand is?
It’s the buy in. What does this really mean?
This means that you are willing to take a gamble for a better outcome. This means that you are willingly going to dish out a certain amount of money (normally 50 cents in my case ‘Help me, I’m Poor’) with no certainty of what is to come; you have a little bit of faith, hope or skill that will lead you to something lucrative.
Well, ‘m asking you to buy in. My buy in is 1 hour of your day.

However, that is exactly what a buy in is.
I’m going to show you that each and every day, every athlete in the gym needs to make the decision to buy in and you’ll change your life.
First and foremost is the person who has never stepped foot in a CrossFit box. I challenge you to buy in, so that we can change your life mentally, physically, and emotionally.
To those of you who have been at it for a short period of time – buy in to the community and the people you spend time with everyday, so that you can make friends with great people.
To those of you who are here for performance reasons or aesthetic reasons – buy in to the programming, so that it can make you the best you that you can be,
To those of you who strive to be competitive athletes – buy in to the coaching, so that we can be a part of your success and watch you soar.
To those of you who chose to start for general health – buy in to the FACT that working out can be fun, so that you can stand taller and smile when you walk in and see those lime green walls.
To all of you – buy in to this community, so you can cash out as a champion in this short thing we call life,
